1.
GENERAL TERMS
- Room rates include bed and buffet breakfast;
- Room rates are subject to change without notice;
- Rates are inclusive of all Government taxes, levies and service
charge.
2.
CHILDREN RATES
- Children under three years (sharing with adults)
- no charge;
- Children above 3 - 12 years (sharing with 1 or 2 adults) - 50%
of Adult Double Rate
- Children 3 - 12 years occupying own room - 70% of Adult Rate.
3.
TOUR/GROUP LEADER DISCOUNTS AND ACCOMODATION
- Complimentary accomodation will be granted
to bona fide tour/group leaders on the basis of single room per
15 paying guests with a maximum of 2 free per group, provided it
is pre-booked and confirmed.
4.
PAYMENT TERMS
- Deposit equivalent to 50% of total package
must be paid to confirm the booking;
- Balance of total package may be paid upon 30 days prior to guest's
arrival date;
- If the booking is made within 30 days prior to arrival date, a
100% of the total package amount is required to confirm the booking;
- Bookings not secured by appropriate deposit are subject to release
without notice.
5.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
- Rooms are available for new arrivals from 13:00hrs
on the scheduled arrival date;
- Rooms should be vacated by 11:00hrs on the scheduled departure
date. Special consideration may be made for late check-out subject
to anticipated arrivals;
- Day room for check-out at 18:00hrs may be arranged at 50% of the
room rate.
6.
CANCELLATION
- For bookings cancelled or reduced in numbers
between 90 and 60 days from the date of arrival 25% of the total
package amount will be charged;
- For bookings cancelled or reduced in numbers between 59 and 30
days from the date of arrival 50% of the total package amount will
be charged;
- For bookings cancelled or reduced in numbers within 29 days from
the date of arrival, or in the case of a "No Show", 100%
of the total package amount will be charged.
